The Sudden Attack Zero Point Final CBT (July 9–13, 2026) includes a total of 17 weapons: 13 Primary Weapons and 4 Secondary Weapons. By checking the in-game weapon screen, we have confirmed the full lineup of all 13 Primary Weapons along with their stats. Based on our hands-on testing during the CBT, our current recommendations are the P90 — the strongest pick in Team Deathmatch — the AK-47 and M4A1, a choice that comes down to personal preference, and the M24 as the best sniper rifle. This article covers the best and recommended weapons first, then breaks down all 13 Primary Weapons one by one with images.

The CBT includes 17 weapons: 13 Primary plus 4 Secondary
Weapon counts vary between news outlets, but this comes down to what each one is counting. Famitsu reports "13 primary weapons," while Gamer and GAME Watch report "17 weapons" — the underlying breakdown is the same.
| Category | Count | Confirmed sub-categories |
|---|---|---|
| Primary Weapon | 13 | 5 AR / 3 SMG / 3 SR / 1 SG / 1 LMG (all 13 confirmed in-game) |
| Secondary Weapon | 4 | D.Eagle / G18 / P30L / Super-Shorty (confirmed in-game) |
| Melee Weapon | 4 | Knife / Kukri / Tiger Stripe / Axe (confirmed in-game) |
| Throwing Weapon | 3 | Frag Grenade / Flashbang / Smoke Grenade (confirmed in-game) |
Note that on the weapon screen in the client, the category tabs are labeled with the abbreviations "AR / SR / SMG / SG / LMG." Secondary, melee, and throwing weapons are covered with images in the Secondary, melee and throwing weapons list.
In addition, the game features over 200 Exclusive Weapon Parts and 36 Shared Weapon Parts for weapon customization. Reports indicate that roughly 4,000 customization parts are planned in the long run.
Current best and recommended weapons: P90, AK-47, M4A1, and M24
Building a proper tier list requires per-weapon stat verification, but based on our hands-on testing during the Final CBT, these four are our current recommendations.
- P90 (strongest in Team Deathmatch): Excellent mobility, a large magazine, and easy close-range headshots — the full package. In Team Deathmatch, where you respawn and fight nonstop, its staying power makes the difference, making it the current top contender for strongest weapon
- AK-47 (if you want firepower): Its 45 damage is the highest of any AR. Accuracy is on the low side, but body shots hit hard at mid-to-long range — in fights at a distance, simply aiming at the body is often enough to win the damage trade
- M4A1 (if you want handling): More accurate than the AK-47, with bullets that fly straighter. It gives up a little firepower, but excels in precise aim duels. Choosing between the AK-47 and the M4A1 comes down purely to personal preference
- M24 (best sniper): Matches the AWP's 100 damage and 100 accuracy while beating it on mobility, and its faster re-aim makes it easier to handle. A body hit is a one-shot kill, which also makes it the ideal entry point into sniping
Because customization changes mobility, ADS speed, stability, and more, the same weapon can be rated very differently depending on its build. See the Weapon Customization System guide for details.
Assault Rifles (AR): stats and breakdown of all 5
The stats are the values displayed on the in-game weapon screen (baseline values with no customization).
| Weapon | Damage | Fire rate | Accuracy | Stability | Mobility | Magazine |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| AK-47 | 45 | 65 | 78 | 66 | 48 | 30/120 |
| M4A1 | 37 | 75 | 80 | 79 | 51 | 30/120 |
| FAMAS | 36 | 82 | 80 | 75 | 54 | 30/120 |
| M16A4 | 40 | 54 | 75 | 74 | 51 | 30/120 |
| SCAR | 39 | 80 | 83 | 77 | 53 | 30/120 |
AK-47 | The flagship rifle with the highest AR damage

The in-game description reads: "A powerful assault rifle boasting high damage. Its heavy recoil makes it hard to handle, but in the hands of a veteran it becomes a lethal weapon." Its 45 damage is the highest of any assault rifle, and in actual play its mid-to-long-range body shots are among the strongest of all ARs. Accuracy is on the low side, so the basic approach is to keep your distance, aim at the body, and tap-fire to control the upward recoil.
M4A1 | The balanced rifle that shoots straight

The in-game description reads: "A versatile rifle with well-balanced performance that delivers reliably in any situation." With 80 accuracy and 79 stability, its numbers lean toward ease of use, and in actual play its bullets fly noticeably straighter than the AK-47's. The trade-off is a modest 37 damage — so pick between the AK-47 for firepower and the M4A1 for handling, whichever suits your taste.
FAMAS | The fastest fire rate of any AR

The in-game description reads: "An assault rifle boasting a high rate of fire. Its speed gives you the upper hand, but recoil control demands attention." Its fire rate of 82 is the fastest of any AR, and its mobility of 54 is also on the high side. A returning weapon from the original game, it suits a playstyle that overwhelms opponents with volume of fire at close-to-mid range.
M16A4 | The burst-only tactical rifle

The in-game description reads: "A tactical rifle designed exclusively for 3-round bursts. Optimized for mid-range combat, it features stable recoil and a distinct firing rhythm." In exchange for no full-auto, each shot hits hard at 40 damage — a weapon for landing one careful burst at a time at mid range.
SCAR | The dark horse with excellent numbers

The in-game description reads: "An assault rifle with high reliability and well-balanced performance. It maintains stable firepower at any range." Its 83 accuracy is the highest of any AR, and with a fire rate of 80 and 39 damage, its numbers are remarkably strong on paper. It flew under the radar, but its rating may well rise going forward.
Submachine Guns (SMG): stats and breakdown of all 3
| Weapon | Damage | Fire rate | Accuracy | Stability | Mobility | Magazine |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| KRISS | 29 | 90 | 86 | 73 | 60 | 25/120 |
| MP5 | 26 | 82 | 79 | 80 | 60 | 30/150 |
| P90 | 34 | 90 | 82 | 82 | 59 | 50/150 |
P90 | Strongest in Team Deathmatch. Unlocks at Second Lieutenant II

The in-game description reads: "A submachine gun with a compact frame and a high rate of fire. Its large magazine and low recoil give it the edge in sustained fire." With a fire rate of 90, stability of 82, and a large 50-round magazine, its stat line is built for fights where you keep shooting — and in actual play, close-range headshots feel distinctly easy to land. In Team Deathmatch, where you respawn and fight nonstop, it is the current top contender for strongest weapon. Just note that obtaining it requires reaching the rank "Second Lieutenant II."
KRISS | The highest mobility of any weapon

The in-game description reads: "A lightweight submachine gun. With an excellent rate of fire and mobility, it excels in close-quarters combat." Its mobility of 60 ties the MP5 for the highest of any weapon, and its fire rate of 90 and accuracy of 86 are also top-tier. With only 25 rounds per magazine, managing your reload timing is the main challenge.
MP5 | Light and stable, but the lowest damage

The in-game description reads: "A submachine gun with lightweight, stable handling. Highly portable, it can be put to use in a wide range of engagements." With 80 stability and 60 mobility it is easy to handle, but its 26 damage is the lowest of any weapon. Early hands-on sessions produced reports of multi-kill flanking runs, and it shines in a playstyle that leverages its mobility.
Sniper Rifles (SR): stats and breakdown of all 3
| Weapon | Damage | Fire rate | Accuracy | Stability | Mobility | Magazine |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| AWP | 100 | 6 | 100 | 38 | 46 | 5/20 |
| M24 | 100 | 6 | 100 | 38 | 54 | 5/20 |
| SVD | 100 | 25 | 100 | 41 | 45 | 5/20 |
Note that the TRG series, the original game's signature sniper rifles, is not included in the CBT's SR category.
M24 | The best sniper, chosen for its handling

The in-game description reads: "A military bolt-action sniper rifle. Its high accuracy and quick re-aim make it well suited to mobile sniping operations." It matches the AWP's 100 damage and 100 accuracy while beating it on mobility at 54 (the AWP's is 46), and its faster re-aim is a real strength. In actual play, one-shot body kills land often, so you can score one-shots without having to commit to the headshot. If you are going to snipe, start with this one.
AWP | The heavyweight one-shot bolt-action

The in-game description reads: "A powerful bolt-action sniper rifle. It can take down most enemies in a single shot, but its long reload time demands careful use." Its power and accuracy match the M24's, but its lower mobility and heavier reload mean the M24 wins on handling.
SVD | The semi-automatic marksman rifle

The in-game description reads: "A semi-automatic marksman rifle. Well suited to fire support at mid-to-long range." Unlike the two bolt-actions, it is semi-automatic with a fire rate of 25, letting you follow up quickly if you miss. It suits a fire-support role on mid-to-long-range lanes.
Shotgun (SG): stats and breakdown
M870 | A powerful pump-action that can one-shot when the torso is in frame

The in-game description reads: "A pump-action shotgun. Strong in close-quarters combat and well suited to indoor engagements." With extreme numbers — 75 damage, a fire rate of 8, and a 6-round magazine — its home turf is holding corners and ambushing indoors. In actual play, the pellets connect decently even beyond point-blank range, and it can score a one-shot kill when the whole torso is in your sights, making it stronger than its stats suggest (confirmed in actual play). It is the only weapon in the CBT's SG category.
| Weapon | Damage | Fire rate | Accuracy | Stability | Mobility | Magazine |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| M870 | 75 | 8 | 25 | 14 | 53 | 6/40 |
Light Machine Gun (LMG): stats and breakdown
M249 | Suppression specialist with a 100-round magazine

The in-game description reads: "A light machine gun widely used as a squad support weapon. Its large magazine gives it excellent sustained fire and suppression." A 100-round magazine with 65 damage and a fire rate of 82 makes for ferocious numbers, but its 44 mobility and 55 accuracy hold it back. It suits locking down objectives with blanket fire. It is the only weapon in the CBT's LMG category.
| Weapon | Damage | Fire rate | Accuracy | Stability | Mobility | Magazine |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| M249 | 65 | 82 | 55 | 64 | 44 | 100/200 |
Weapon customization and obtaining parts
By swapping parts across multiple slots — barrel length, scope, stock, grip, and more — you can change recoil, reload speed, and even the weapon's appearance. Attachment parts unlock in stages as your weapon level increases, and there is also a Black Market where players can trade parts with each other. The CBT includes a Practice mode where you can test weapon customization, so it is a good idea to start there and find the build that suits you.
For CBT schedule and how to participate, see the Final CBT complete guide. For map layouts that pair well with each weapon, see the Map list and features guide.
